This notice explains how we handle the personal data you send us through this website.

Who we are

What we collect and why

When you send a booking request we receive your name, email address, phone number (if given), your dates, number of guests and your message. We use them only to answer your request and, if you book, to arrange your stay. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Our web server also records technical data (IP address, date and time, pages requested) in its logs for security. These logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short period and are not used to identify you.

Cookies and third parties

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are served from our own server. The map is loaded from OpenStreetMap only when you click “Show map”; OpenStreetMap then receives your IP address as part of the request (see the OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy).

Who receives your data

Only us. Your request is processed by our hosting provider, which stores the website and our mailbox on our behalf. We do not sell or share your data.

How long we keep it

Requests that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months. If you book, we keep the booking details for as long as Greek tax and accommodation law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format. Write to [email protected]. You may also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
